Faraday Bio, Inc. (“Faraday Bio,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through faraday.bio, why, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately simple — this is a company website with a contact form, not a product or account service.

The short version

• We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or web analytics on this site.
• The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form.
• We use that information to reply to you — nothing else. We don’t sell it.

What we collect

Contact form. When you submit the form, we receive the details you enter: your name, organization, work email, the reason you’re reaching out, and any message you include.

Basic technical data. Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the request) to operate and secure the site. We do not use this to identify or profile you.

Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Turnstile is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not track you across websites.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about the conversation you started. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you:

• Vercel — website hosting.
• Resend — delivers your form submission to us by email.
• Cloudflare — bot/spam protection on the form (Turnstile).

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Where data is processed

Faraday Bio is based in the United States, and your information is processed in the U.S. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred there.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any reasonable follow-up, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve given us, or to object to its use. To exercise any of these, email info@faraday.bio and we’ll respond promptly.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we collect only what we need to reply to you. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

This site is intended for biopharma and life-science professionals and is not directed to children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above.
