Accessibility

Faraday Bio wants faraday.bio to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We’ve built the site with accessibility in mind and we treat it as ongoing work.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we’ve done

  • Semantic, structured HTML with a logical heading order.
  • Labeled form fields and clear, keyboard-operable controls.
  • Visible keyboard focus states throughout.
  • Text and interface colors chosen to meet AA contrast.
  • Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Respect for the “reduced motion” setting for the site’s animation.

We checked the site using automated accessibility checks and manual review, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work.
